Fat Golfing Gear - Titleist TS2

When I was a kid, I loved Titleist.

Tom Watson had a Titleist sponsorship during his run in the early 80s and I remember everything about Tom seemed perfect. His swing, his demeanor. Unlike Nicklaus who had the weird haircut and odd, hunched over putting stance, everything about Watson seemed majestic, from his matinee idol looks to his smooth swing.

In my youth, most of my game stunk. But one club I always hit well was my 5 wood, to the point where I would use it in almost every 100+ yard situation.

So, fast forward to 2021, when I first began to think about putting together my first set. Titleist woods were high on my list. A quick study of club technology and prices and I settled on the TS2 line, forgiving but powerful.
